He did bump his head just before going on court. Waiting with Muller he
did a jump and banged his head on the door frame:

Pretty lame excuses, he is pretty fit player and they played on grass the points are usually short, and his opponent is older than him.

Was that a surprise given he had his runs of out at Wimbledon winning about 5 matches in 4 he played. He had 3 big hitters in his draw and the surprise is Muller took him out, most thought Cilic would take him out in QF.

Refer to your words: "If he's on the court. He's good enough to play.
No excuses." The concussion excuse is lame even by your standards.

yes this was probably the problem and also that Muller played the best, most focused, most dedicated match he's ever played in his entire life, course he would've just folded vs Fed.

Very loud bang when he hit his head. Rafa tried to laugh it off but
those around him were alarmed.

I thought Muller would be dangerous, but to lead 63 64 leads me to think
concussion was a factor? And yes Cilic is looking ominous.

It's not an excuse, but may have played a big role in losing 1st 2 sets.
Ask a doctor & see what they say.

Sorry, Nadal had 3 weeks break between FO and Wimbledon, he played two exo in that time. At Wimbledon he had 3 straight sets wins, he played a total of 9 sets with only 1 set going to a tiebreak. I don't know how you can explain your way with tiredness as an excuse for Nadal. Nadal played an opponent that is older than him and has been on court much longer for his 3 matches. If anything Muller should be a lot more tired than Nadal going into this match.

The problem is Nadal needed to lift his game to beat Muller and he could not do it. Don't blame Muller for beating Nadal. I am sure most of the players that beat Nadal in the last four or five Wimbledons would not beat Federer.

Nadal played well for the most part. The match went five sets and was 15-13 in the fifth after all.

The problem is that Nadal's ROS on grass is a weakness vs big servers. You can't write this result off as an anomaly when Nadal has lost early at Wimbledon to big hitting/big serving guys for six years. That's your BOAT?

Now would be a good time to act like a normal human being and say your prediction that Nadal would beat Federer in the final in straights was way out of whack.

And lol @ you pinning your hopes on Cilic beating Federer in the final. Let's see if Cilic can get by Murray (assuming they meet.) Hopefully Federer can beat Raonic.

Yes, all valid points. He's FOS. He just randomly picked out some numbers to try and divert the conversation. Who would quote numbers instead of actual movie titles? He hasn't seen any of those movies or at least most of them otherwise he would have commented on them when we discussed them in the various film threads. His lame excuse is that he only discusses movies on serious movie review sites and yet he can't help but start his own attention-seeking threads about some dumb blockbuster he's just watched. Why not go to a movie site and talk about the blockbusters he sees there instead of starting a thread about them on a lowly tennis ng? He's full of contradictions.

If you were smarter, you'd remember your earlier prediction
(Rafa d Fed 64 63 63) & shut up.

Djokovic looks in better form than Federer. If Cilic makes the final, I hope it's Djokovic there, as he has a better chance of handling the drug cheats serve. The drug cheat winning another slam would not be good for tennis.

Hmm, the 1st Croat v Serb slam final?

Djokovic has by far the easiest of the draw, his form is solid but not sure his form is better than Federer's.

Yes, but your grass court BOAT ( according to your analysis) should not be winning just 8 matches in 5 years , 6 if you include the 1 he skipped.

I see. So while every Fed loss at a slam is a 'career-defining loss',
Rafa gets an exemption as a 'bad match' to be ignored. How predictable
can you get? You make a big deal of Fed being taken to 5 sets (ignoring
that he won the match) by an older Agassi at USO but when Rafa (your
pick to beat Fed in straights in the final!) loses yet another 5 setter
to an unheralded Muller despite being in the best form since 2013, you
just brush it off as a 'bad match' of no consequence!

Do you realize why you are not taken seriously?

LOL what is CNN going to say now?!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-40577248

Asked by Fox News's Sean Hannity if he had told his father about last year's meeting, Mr Trump Jr said: "No. It was just a nothing. There was nothing to tell.

"I mean, I wouldn't have even remembered it until you started scouring through this stuff. It was literally just a wasted 20 minutes, which was a shame."
...
One email from Mr Goldstone said the information they had been promised was "obviously very high-level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr Trump".

Mr Trump Jr's response to it was: "If it's what you say I love it".
...
"This is before the Russia mania, this is before they were building this up in the press. For me this was opposition research, they had something you know maybe concrete evidence to all the stories I'd been hearing about."

But the meeting went nowhere, he said, and it was apparent Hillary Clinton was not what the meeting was about.

He could not vouch for the information he was sent, he said.

"Someone sent me an email. I can't help what someone sends me. I read it, I responded accordingly, and if there was something interesting there, I think that's pretty common."

Certainly a lot less remarkable than "Muller beats FO champ Nadal!!!"
Venus has won here 5 times and Ostapenko is a surprise winner at FO
& just 20 yrs old.

Muller & Nadal, OTOH ...
