The clue should have been Nadal making a final on a faster hc at the AO 2017 and almost winning the title but we know you are a bit slow.

winning the FO with a very weak and absentee field wouldn't guarantee
me he's the "old nadal" by any means. but keep thinking what you want.

carey didn't post after the thiem match btw, eh?

But Nadal making a slam final on a faster hc should tell you he's closer to the old Nadal! He's improved his bh, his serve, his court positioning, his fh is looking lethal. What more do you want? Just admit he's looking better than he has in years even though it will kill you to do so because Federer has defeated him four times in a row. Imagine if Nadal had won the AO, we would be having a different discussion and you wouldn't be posting this nonsense that current Nadal is subpar. You are too predictable.

As for Nadal's loss to Thiem in Rome? So what? Didn't Nadal beat Thiem easily in Barcelona and Madrid before that Rome loss?

we've had 4 very competitive and tough players the better part of the
past 7 yrs. murray, djok, fed, nadal. murray and djok lost early at
AO, and haven't been in good form. murray is still ranked #1 for
chrissakes. that opened a door for nadal to slip into the AO final,
and also fed too.

nadal looks better than he has the past 2 years, absolutey. until i
watch him win FO and see his showing at wimbledon though, i saw too
many differences in his HC season to say he's where he was 3-10yrs
ago.

and he lost to him at Rome. yet no carey post...

Murray isn't stopping a Fed/Djokovic/Nadal in good form, what are you smoking? So take Murray out of the equation. As for Djokovic vs Nadal, their rivalry has always been competitive. When Nadal was off form from 2014 to 2016 it allowed Djokovic to dominate. Now Djokovic is off and Nadal is in good form. When both are in good form at the same time, it's anybody's game. Look at how competitive the AO 2012 final was between Nadal-Djokovic when both were in good form. Look at the USO history between Djokovic and Nadal when both are playing well.

Bottom line is if Nadal is making hc slam finals, he's in great form and can beat anybody on his day(Djokovic, Federer) Cut the bullshit.

Oh, so now you've changed the goal posts again and we have to wait to see how Nadal does at Wimbledon? You're hilarious. He almost won the AO on a faster hc! He's dominating on clay this season. What more do you need to see? He's in excellent form.

But Nadal clobbered Thiem in Barcelona/Madrid and he will clobber him if they meet at the FO. Thiem won't take three sets off Nadal on Chatrier. Just wait and see.

forgot to mention djokovic too, obviously. djok and murray slipping is
what allowed nadal to make that final at his AO form.

you need to look at the whole picture, not just the fact he made a HC
final. although that HC final proved he had improved drastically, no
doubt. still differences from his peak form of yrs ago.

right now, he's playing well, yes. peak? i'll wait to decide that.

No, I really don't know what message you are referring to. I can't remember what I did 10 minutes ago let alone messages from a movie I watched a year ago.

There was no message in that film that bothered me (that I can recall.)

well said. court would never survive in the USA, the USA has gone so
hypersensitive to anything related to LGBTQ+ or most other minorities,
if you breathe a single word of disapproval you're toast. and in some

btw, NBA finals started yesterday. lebron james gave an interview for
a while, he repeatedly spoke of how he's afraid for his son growing up

$300million. F off lebron, whiner. always were, always will be.
