That's true, of course. What I meant was that as his approval ranks continue to tank he will start getting attacked by his own party. When that happens he will be toast.

Same as Clintons at this time. Hmm.

You lefties were ready to burn him at the stake a few months ago. Now
he's your hero, LOL!

Clinton's went up from there. He was at 62% while he was being
impeached. Trump won't have that kind of luck.

For the first time, former FBI Director James Comey, who is testifying
today before the Senate Intelligence Committee, said that President
Obama's Attorney General Loretta Lynch asked him to call the
investigation into Hillary Clinton's email scandal a "matter" and not an
"investigation."

And that is important in the context of the current investigations, why?

That's a single word, not an explanation.

Write a sentence--perhaps even two--explaining what you really mean.

How so?

Your previous post shows you can write complete sentences, so do so in
your reply.

It's another "But Hillary!" Distraction attempt.

Funny that EVERY Senator thanked him for his service and reflected on
his good work.
Dene <gdstrue@aol.com>: Jun 08 10:01AM -0700

Watched most of the Comey Show. I think he was credible and thus conclude the following.

1. There was no crime or impeachable evidence.

2. The choice between HRC and Trump was a choice between two candidates of dubious character and integrity. Comey gave further evidence of this fact. My decision to vote for Trump has to do with one thing… my unwavering support for Republican agenda.

3. Senators Wyden and McCain were idiotic.

4. I loved Comey's statement that the media reporting has largely been inaccurate. No shit.

5. Comey is a leaker and to some degree, cowardly for not standing up to Trump face to face.

Finally....I withdraw my assertion Comey was incompetent. He worked for a slimy AG.

Add 'predicts the future' to your resume. And then you should admit
that Comey is honest and not self-promoting. But there's no chance in
honesty from you.

He didn't say that at all. The only statement about the press was
about one story in the NYT which he said was completely wrong.

>5. Comey is a leaker and to some degree, cowardly for not standing up to Trump face to face.

What leakage? The only thing was after he was fired, and to keep his
privacy as a private citizen.

He absolutely did the right thing in not telling a POTUS how to
conduct himself.

>Finally....I withdraw my assertion Comey was incompetent.

Good for you.

>He worked for a slimy AG.

That AG was Jefferson Beauregard Sessions to whom I referred as seedy
yesterday. You took umbrage at that, now you say he's slimy. ????

Even if that were true (which is far from proven), it has no bearing on
what is going on hear and now.

No he didn't and there is no site for that.
Obvious what you'll reply and I can't wait for your explanation so I
can shoot it down.

All you liberals can do is say Russia Russia Russia...and you wonder why it's going to backfire on you, just like it did in November.

CNN is doubling down this morning.

'Trump is obsessed with the Russia Investigation'

'This doesn't mean he won't be investigated.'

The absence of journalism.

Comey should go into public relations. He is excellent at
promoting himself.

So far we learned from the hearing
Comey is incompetent and needed
to be fired.

Comey colluded with Loretta Lynch making false statements about
