I notice you didn't provide the truth.

William Sessions. It was July 19, 1993, and Clinton was the first
President to sack an official from that post."

Actually that was what he said. If "did not" was fake then the
opposite must be true.

Rigging? No one's claiming this.

Debatable. One thing for sure is that we will never know.

Your logic is the best defense.

Maybe we will be as good at "defending" once we have had 8 years
practice.

Hospitals were affected according to news reports. Patient records unavailable. Treatment(s) on hold because can't access patient charts/record.

At least that's what a local reporter got from a dr. I'm guessing that would be a worst case scenerio.

"the_andrew_smith@yahoo.com" <agavinsmith@gmail.com>: May 16 05:22AM -0700

I suspect an overwhelming majority of patients were at zero risk of loss of limb or life.

A hospital that couldn't treat someone because their "computer" was down is inept.

There are too many variables for me.

If it is a harmless prank some minor penalty would suffice. If he
causes a death he dies quickly and without headlines.

You are victimized by slow comprehension. I did not say "certify as
color blind". Notice the "are" in my quote below.

"as long as the administrators are color blind?"

In my mind we can say pretty much what we wish as individuals on rsfc.
But, when given the responsibility we often have to do what is best
although not what we like.

That is a complete antithesis of what I suggest. The discussion you
mention bears no resemblance to my parameters.

You can't solve a problem without having one of your strongest
opponents on your BoD. You have to know what he thinks and why. I have
found, several times, that you can make him a supporter if you handle
the situation properly.

I may not know the reality of today but I know what has often worked
for me.

Why not literacy? If they can't read what possible positive
contribution can they make to the election process? That seems like
flipping a coin to me.

It's not (to me) solely whether you are socialist or American - it's
more whether you know the difference.

Where do you think me wrong?

Thankee. As usual I only felt bad one night so I thought nothing was
wrong.

My only apparent problem is a wheeze at night which keeps me awake. My
wheeze on rsfc invites sleep often.
