I don't think there'll be another opportunity to vote for Trump.
Or are you suggesting small dick Donald is still busy trying to win the popular vote in the latest elections?

i learned on the jack kramer autograph, i thought it was about 75 sq
in but search tells me 68sq in. that seems pretty small. plus it was
very heavy with 4 5/8 grip.

i could crank serves like nothing, and a ton of power and accuracy on
groundstrokes. took me a long time to get comfortable with a 95sq in
graphite prostaff.

Check out German player Mischa Zverev. He is ranked 25 in the world. He serves and volleys a lot.

yeah with a decent serve, it's still easily possible to serve and volley, this guy, Fed(even though his volleys aren't particularly good), Tsonga etc has proved you can do it, but coaches don't bother teaching it and most players are too lazy to learn it anymore, it far easier to sit at the back rallying all day long.

Uninformed opinion. Fed's volleys are very good on average, but sometimes he makes silly coordination and positioning mistakes. He just didn't hone this particular skill to absolute perfection. Nevertheless, his volley attempt numbers and volley win ratio is very, very good compared to the field as a whole, which is easily backed by stats. And his reaction time at the net is very fast.

Hope bob got to the end of the article:

"Remarkably, President Trump and the Republican leaders in Congress are
trying to go in the other direction. They spent months trying to take
away health insurance from millions of middle-class and poor families.
Their initial tax-reform plans would reduce taxes for the rich much more
than for everyone else. And they want to cut spending on schools, even
though education is the single best way to improve middle-class living
standards over the long term.

Most Americans would look at these charts and conclude that inequality
is out of control. The president, on the other hand, seems to think that
inequality isn't big enough."

How? I thought it was Icey's term. Have you used it in tennis related posts? Maybe you also used it in some politics thread? Since I only skim through those (to see how the fight between you and TT is going he he), maybe I missed it.

You want to call an existing mark that? Hmmm

There is some likelihood, even if arbitrarily (!) small, of that (rafa's 19) happening. Your scenario on the other hand ....

every number you choose is arbitrary to someone else. the goal is to
explain why you chose it. i explained why 3 wimbledons were important
to me, rather than 2.

i would love to see rafa hit 19. but if it's 4 more FO, those 2
wimbledons will be troublesome for me touting him GOAT. though the H2H
and OG is nice.

he needs that 3rd wimbledon IMO, unless he flies way past 19.

OK, have your 3 W's. I choose 19 because it is the existing mark, and, since the guy chasing it has multiple slams on all surfaces, to me 19 suffices (than say 19 with x number of slams of ones choosing).

If and when Rafa hits 19 and Fed remains stuck there, I bet people will start calling him goat.

"The great leaders that I have seen, they don't threaten unless they
are ready to act and I'm not sure that President Trump is ready to
act," said Senator McCain.

I'll say that President Trump must not take McCain's bait. If he
doesn't start a "preventive war" against North Korea as Graham and
McCain are urging him to, then any impeachment attempt against him
will fail. Otherwise, it'll spell the doom of Trump's presidency.

(My take of the "Russian collusion" investigation is that it may lead
to some peripheral indictments but it'll never rise to some kind of
"high crimes and misdemeanors" necessarily to convict him.)

North Korea says it is considering missile strikes near the US Pacific
territory of Guam, just hours after President Donald Trump threatened
Pyongyang with "fire and fury".

The North's official news agency said it was mulling a plan to fire
medium-to-long-range rockets around Guam, where US strategic bombers
are based.

The statement marks a sharp rise in rhetoric between the two
countries.

The UN recently approved further economic sanctions against the
country.

President Trump's comments followed a media report that claimed the
North had made a nuclear warhead small enough to fit inside its
missiles.

The Washington Post report, which cited US intelligence officials,
suggests North Korea is developing nuclear weapons capable of hitting
the US at a much faster rate than expected.

Will North Korea nuclear threat focus minds?
Can the US defend itself against North Korea?
N Korea: The possible solutions

The North's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said its
military was "carefully examining the operational plan for making an
enveloping fire at the areas around Guam with medium-to-long-range
strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-12".

It said the plan would be reported to the Supreme Command after "full
examination and completion" and put into practice at the order of
leader Kim Jong-un, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.

The heated rhetoric between the US and North Korea intensified after
Pyongyang tested two intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) in
July, claiming it now had the ability to hit the US.

Mr Trump told reporters on Tuesday: "North Korea best not make any
more threats to the US. They will be met with fire and fury like the
world has never seen."

Veteran US Senator John McCain was sceptical about Mr Trump's
statement.

"The great leaders that I have seen, they don't threaten unless they
are ready to act and I'm not sure that President Trump is ready to
act," said Senator McCain.
