Parker since coming off DL:

8/3 3 for 4, 2 doubles, 3 RBI
8/5 2 for 5, 2 RBI, double, walkoff hit

He's not fitting in.

They should cut Belt loose at the end of the season. Sandoval will
play himself right back into the minors. Unless they decided to give
him a plane ticket to Boston.

Love that 7.71 ERA for Stratton. Woops, it's 8.40 after the 1st
inning. :)

Well, that depends. 5IP, 2ER, better than a typical Cain outing.

You forgot: Sandoval Called (poor Giants)

LOL. Dumb & Dumber prove themselves on a regular basis.

No Wayne, he drove in a run on the play and Parker ended the inning.

Good move. Pablo would've hit into a triple play.

8/5 0 for 4

Right on pace, patented Pablo.

Wow, he got a standing o on his hit? I wonder if those are casual fans
or knowledgeable fans. Were there any panda hats?

Were there any boos on his error? Any "Same old Pablo!"?

Maybe the fans got tired of booing this team and try to be positive.

He does look a little trimmer than in Boston though. My theory: His
belly expands with Boston heat, and shrinks in cold SF weather. ;-)
John Walsh <jwalsh589@gmail.com>: Aug 05 03:35PM -1000

He went down in flames to Sacramento and they bring him back to take a
spot in the rotation with a fucking 7.71 ERA?

He managed to load the bases with none out, give up 2 runs, raise his
ERA to 8.25.He's damn lucky it's not higher because the Dbag 3rd base
coach sent the runner who got cut down at the plate.

I suppose for the Giants, that's a pretty auspicious start for him.
Way to celebrate the 1997 Giants reunion. Looks like the Giants nee
Midgets are going to respond like wimps. Span strikes out, Jones
strikes out and fucking Crawford strikes out.

Stratton settles down, gets some control of his pitches and starts
striking out Dbags. 3 K's, no further runs, but ... the Giants are not
hitting and that means the other pitcher with a 3.48 ERA looks nearly
invincible.

Stratton unwinds a bit, giving up two straight singles, then our sharp
fielding 3rd baseman throws wildly off balance to 1st for an error and
Pollock is safe. Lamb walks and Goldschmidt strikes out. 91 pitches to
this point so Stratton is just about out of gas. He's about to walk
Martinez and he does.

After an error filled game, the Giants awaken from their long slumber
to score 3 runs. Parker doubles in our scatter armed 3rd baseman and
Pence homers to being in Parker. Can't beat Pablo for nasty throws to
1st. 2 more innings to score 1-2 runs to tie or win it. Odds heavily
favor them coming up 1 run short.

2 straight singles by Tomlinson and Crawford, Posey pinch hitting.
Double play, but Tomlinson scores to tie the game.

into a double play, Buster walks and Parker ... singles in Span to win
the game.

He sucks and he's just as bad in the outfield.

A wild throw from 3rd base that Ryder Jones could reach, scoring
Walker. Seems like old times for sure!
