I'm a fan of sorts - definitely not a Fedfucker. I want Fed to play the
toughest players possible so I can enjoy the battle.

... will be disappointed. Cilic is playing Muguruza-like tennis, a big
guy with big tools and brimming with confidence. He will take Fed apart,
primarily by bashing Fed's second serve and being untouchable on his own
first serve.

Cilic wins ... 7-5 7-6 3-6 6-4

Might be a bit easier than that. If he keeps teeing off he's bound to
get a break early in each set & then hold for straight sets - maybe
something like 63 63 63?

The match really should be on Cilic's racket if he can maintain his
power game. He'll make Fed stretch further than someone like Berdych &
create more openings to blast winners.

Imo the media did Cilic a big favour & Fed a disservice by virtually
already praising him for the 8th Wimbledon title. Takes a lot of
pressure off Cilic.

I don't think so.... It's 5-3 Roger....

He could be the GOAT.

Wow.

Yes, he looks a lot stronger than Roger. Early days, but not promising
for Fed.

Yes, a couple magical points from Fed - including that drop shot in 7th
game. Cilic looks like he's trying to control himself & get
comfortable. Fed is probably conscious of this & needs to come up with
freak shots to rattle Cilic.

At 2-1 Cilic had a break point, but dumped 2nd serve from Roger into the
net.

At 2-2 0-15 Cilic tripped but had a great shot cross court. Fed chased
it down & hit an amazing winner. That rattled Cilic & he lost serve.

I don't think this level can keep up. Excellent final so far.

Yep, I do too, mostly to get a 12/20 :-)
I wouldn't mind Cilic to become a multi-slamist, he has both talent and guts to join such club.

Imo Serena wants to win 2 more slams to be the stand alone all time slam
queen. 25 singles slams seems to be a big enough number unlikely to be
threatened for a very long time, if ever.

If the rest of the field continues like this one very dominant player can surpass it. Serena had tough opponents in the first half of her career.

The economy is booming, unemployment the lowest since reunification in 1990, crime rate down (fewer murders in whole Germany than in Detroit), German football teams winning championships left and right, huge trade surplus, Vettel leading Formula 1 championship, Graf still GOAT.

Our imported masses are at least as intelligent as the average Pole or Hungarian.

The data contradicts you. But I guess your feels are more important than facts.

Most (2/3rds) of your imported "Syrians" for example are illiterate even in their own language. Only a tiny percentage of them are employed.

Which "masses" are you even referring to?
Those 600,000 Syrians? Of whom a big part will return to Syria one day anyway?

Germany has 80,000,000 people. One Syrian refugee for every 133.
Oh, I'm shitting my pants!!!
