A Conservative MP has been criticised after it emerged she used a
*racist* expression during a public discussion about *Brexit*
Anne Marie Morris, the MP for Newton Abbott, used the phrase at an event
in London to describe the prospect of the UK leaving the EU without a deal.

We are all being kept "completely in the dark" about the effect Brexit
will have on our weekly shop, Sainsbury's former boss Justin King has
told BBC Panorama.
He says it is going to mean "higher prices, less choice and poorer
quality". :-(

Ha, like the doctors you were so wrong about? Get real. The UK has had
full control over non-EU migrants for years and yet has been unable to
manage that flow.
Blaming Brussels has been the fall-back for generations of incompetent
Westminster politicians. Its those stupid austerity loving idiots that
have fucked things up not Brussels.

I think it was a mutually-beneficial move. We needed to get him off the payroll (doesn't he have a contract clause that ensures no-one can be paid more than him?). He will likely get more playing time there, and it probably suits him from a social standpoint. Even in his best days, there's just no way he (and his wife) could have adapted to life on the continent. I think the Everton fans will be mostly supportive although I see that quite a few are against it, not from any historical betrayal, but from seeing him as over the hill.
