I've read the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, the
relevant US law at the time. Have you?

No, it doesn't (and didn't) as long as the *mother* is the
US citizen. Children assume the nationality of the mother,
unless paternity is proven (by marriage or otherwise) under
US law since at least 1952.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. First, due to Manafort and Carter Page, people were already calling out Trump's Russia connections during the Republican primaries. Then Trump & co got one single plank of the Republican platform changed - regarding Russia. People still questioned it. And then during the debates, Hillary Clinton suggested that the intelligence agencies determined that it was Russia that hacked Podhodretz's emails. And Trump got very defensive in the debate saying it could have been China or the 400 pound guy in his bedroom. Then in the next debate Clinton called Trump Putin's puppet to which Trump had this great retort "puppet, no puppet, you're the puppet." All claims to Trump's Russian connection and Russian election meddling well prior to November 9th.

No, it doesn't. The former is a routine occurrence that happens every
day, immigration fraud by an individual. In addition, it has 50-plus
years of being lost in obscurity. The latter is a bizarre conspiracy
theory that, if true, would require hundreds of people not leaking to
remain secret to this point. It is so remote as to beggar belief.

The first is orders of magnitude much greater in likelihood.

Snopes discusses the requirement and they say not being in the US for
the required time is complex. So, I doubt that you are competent to
make the decision for us.

Yes. When it was brought up and showed that if BHO was born in foreign
territory he wouldn't be a natural born
person.

The law according was age 18 but it is complex and arguable exactly as
I stated.

But you have the right to spin it as you wish. And, with a little more
education you might understand the law better.

With today's technology one can produce a legitimate-looking copy of
most anything he wishes. There is still an argument that Obama's birth
cert was a fake.

He's gone it's over.

No, it didn't, since there's never been a definition of that term.

No, it wasn't. Quoting the law in effect at the time:

"(7) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United
States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an
alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the
birth of such person, was physically present in the United States
or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less
than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age
of fourteen years"

just hours after Scalise was shot by a Democrat terrorist. Says it's
time to fight back against all the violent rhetoric of Republicans.

CBS says that the shooting of Scalise was self-inflicted.

Joy Reid says that Scalise was in the Klan and a hater and wanted
millions of little babies to die because he likes death of babies and
doesn't believe in hospitals or healthcare so, you know, he may have got
what was coming to him.

We know the spin now. He deserved to be shot and it's the Republicans
fault. I wonder what the spin will be on Trump; I've heard they already
have a statement prepared.

There are thousands of surveys. If you ever participated in one
then you would know enough not to trust them. Everybody shades
their answers. I do. Survey recently "shows" that 7% of people
asked think chocolate milk comes from brown cows. If asked I
would say so. You can find 7% to agree to anything.
