That's pretty much what he said; I'm president and I can do
whatever I damn well please.

His tweets are great:

'As President I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H.
meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining....'

'...to terrorism and airline flight safety. Humanitarian reasons, plus I
want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.'

Who cares if it violates an agreement with another country, or puts
people's lives in jeopardy?

But he is concerned about how that information leaked out of the White
House...

...THAT is critical!

"Well, when the president does it, that means that it is NOT illegal"

Anyone?

It was not illegal. The president can declassify anything he wants.

Which doesn't mean that he hasn't jeopardized relations with a foreign
government and/or put actual people at risk...

I LOVE how quickly you've retreated from your claim that this never
happened though, doofus. Do you now acknowledge that McMaster's initial
claim that this was "totally false" was a lie?

:-)
-hh <recscuba_google@huntzinger.com>: May 16 10:33AM -0700

The POTUS only has authorization to declassify material that was classified
by the USA. He doesn't have the authority to declassify data from other Countries.

Period, full stop.

The Israelis will never again share sensitive intel with this administration.

Use what little brain that you have. That won't be printed anywhere,
it's common sense. Something Trump doesn't have.

You're rally something. A fucking fool.
Dene <gdstrue@aol.com>: May 16 10:15AM -0700

How about the truth, in contrast to the latest shrill outcry about nothing. When are the Dems and Trump haters going to realize that all this whining about nothing--> Collusion, Comey, and now this bullshit is going to backfire. Ask HRC.

Here's the truth....

"During a tense White House briefing, McMaster also ripped the leaks fueling such media reports – and said the president was not "even aware" of the source of the information he apparently shared with the Russians.

"He wasn't briefed on the source and method of the information," McMaster said.

McMaster's central contention was that the details discussed in that meeting concerned ongoing operations that were public for months and information available in "open source reporting."

"The president in no way compromised any sources or methods in the course of this conversation," McMaster said.

The same official publicly had refuted The Washington Post report on Monday evening, describing the claims as false.

The president himself has since acknowledged he shared "facts" about the terror threat with Russia, while saying he was in his right to do so."

You DO realize that McMaster has already shown his willingness to lie
about this, right?

And that you just confirmed that he lied yesterday?

So what? That's not saying that absolutely nothing was disclosed.

What it is black door admitting is that they said "Here's the secret data, but we're
not going to tell you that the spy's name was James Bond, and that he got it by
seducing Miss GrabHerBy on the night of the 24th in Mara Lago room 223.

Any reasonably proficient Intel group can backtrace detailed enough Intel to fill in the
gaps, particularly when they already know that it was in the Study with a Candlestick.

The fact that Trump shared highly classified information with an
adversary government without knowing where the info came from is
even more damning. The fact that you accept everything they say as
they try to put out this fire shows how naive you are.

Not sure how this explains your statement the classified
information is almost never discussed with other
countries.

'He is thus the all-time record-holder of the Dunning-Kruger effect, the
phenomenon in which the incompetent person is too incompetent to
understand his own incompetence. Trump thought he'd be celebrated for
firing James Comey. He thought his press coverage would grow wildly
positive once he won the nomination. He is perpetually surprised because
reality does not comport with his fantasies.'

Exactly my thoughts about you, pppppppuuuuuuuussssssyyyyyyyy.

I was man enough to meet years ago at WHISTLER, and you proved you weren't.
Not even man enough to make good on your promise to tell the cops I
threatened to kill you.
I'm not going to waste my time with you again. And then there is the issue
of you being an insane, obsessed, deranged, raving stalking piece of shit
nut job. Which means if I ever see you, under any circumstances, I will
treat you as an immediate threat. Might bruise a knuckle.
Tell ya what, Baker. Go tell the cops you are terrified of me and afraid I
will try to kill you, and make sure and show them this post.
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
But stay tuned. Looking for a hole in the weather, might just invite you to
visit the INFORMATION TOWER. With witnesses and camera rolling, and if you
so much as flinch, I have basically no restrictions on what I can do. Even
in Canada. We checked.
Still waiting for SPD............
