Someone forgot to tell him that BP is *before* the game, not at the end
of the game.

Can't figure out why the A's signed Casilla. Didn't they pay attention to how shitty this guy was? It's just like the Giants signing Ramirez. He walked 18 batters in 24 innings with era almost six and Bobby Evans says we gottta get this guy in a Giants uniform.WTF?

BFD, he's the A's problem now. That's karma at it's best.

He's on the DL for a while. He missed 48 games last year.

I hope they call up Jae Ryu Hwang or Austin Slater

But, but, but ... he's still learning how to play the outfield (Hwang
refrain). They had Hwang at 3B and RF-CF. Both hitting better than
Hamstring Pence.

Since they seem to be getting more production from the outfield since
Pence left and Span is on an awesome roll, leave both of them right
where they are, ben.

Don't screw with the mojo. :)

BlueJays dump his ass. Didn't last 2 weeks. I don't think he even saw the mound. hahaahh

3 wins, 3 hold, 3 saves, earned run average is 3.00. The man is a quadruple, triple threat.

The right fielder makes an error to start the inning, but Duvall was
charged with an error on the throw to the plate. Looked like a great throw to me, and the catcher dropped the ball. Thought the error should have been charged to the catcher.

OBP 100% for Posey

Day three of the Giants' resurrection and they are leading 2-0

Span reaches on an error, Panik doubles him home and Buster Baseball
drives in Panik with a single. All in the first inning and it's not
over yet. Bases loaded as Arroyo walks to load them up and Nunez ...
yes Nunez, singles to drive in 2 more runs. Samardzija ends the inning
and starts the 1st for the Giants.

What we'll get from him remains to be seen.

do not know why Duvall was charged with the error and not the catcher. Two errors in one inning by the reds a rare event.

A double, sac fly, two singles and another double gets the Giants
three more runs. They are getting major production with their hitting.
Five hits and 7 runs.

Two errors explains why they piled on the runs with only 5-6 hits. As
long as they're scoring, so much the better. :)

72 pitches in the 5th and Samardzija just gave up a single and a
double. He's starting to miss wide of the strike zone and passing 80
pitches. Ah great, he finally gets the ball down and its right where
wanted it. "coach visiting the mound"

One run for the Giants on Belt's 3rd HR (7) of the series and 1 for
the Reds before Samardzija leaves in the top of the 7th.

Giants 8 Reds 3

Samardzija could get his 1st win of the seaon today.

Samardzija gets his first win of the season and the Giants get their
third straight win.
ariess@bellsouth.net: May 14 02:44PM -0700

Lets hope the giants don't pull a Mets today.
Top of 5th, pop up to the outfield, don't know
how no one got to that ball. Next batter hits
one in the gap second and third. A couple of
close pitches did not go Samardjixx's way. Then
Hamilton grounds out to first, runners did not
advance, Gennet up with second and third one
out. 2-1 count, Swings at ball 3, then fouls
off the next pitch, another foul. Hoping that
we can hold off Cincy and our pitcher can go at
least 6 or 7 with a quality start. 7-2 makes
a pitch way too fat. Sometimes I just do not
get our pitch selection, or our guys lack
of being able to hit their target.
