Well, sure P.K. had a good game the other night, but he was seen having fun during warmups. I mean, can you imagine? Fun! In hockey!

Dog whistle racism. Just like Therrien's "make PK a better person". It
was all summed up in Pang's now infamous Freudian slip where he urged PK
to "play the white way". Nobody will ever convince me otherwise but had
PK been white he'd still be in a Habs jersey. Therrien is an abusive
coach who went too far in my books. Unless someone leaks some very juicy
information, I'll never know for sure but nobody will ever convince me
that Therrien's dislike wasn't rooted in PK's skin color.

Mike Milbury calling someone else a clown. He who should be wearing the rainbow wig, red nose and floppy shoes himself.

Funny how it's typically the media guys who you don't respect, are the ones that make moronic comments.

I think there is a hockey culture that frowns upon expressions of exuberance. Cherry still takes the time to criticize players whose goal celebrations he deems as "excessive". Players who have been around long enough to have disdain for players who do not hesitate to show off their enthusiasm for the game, should retire.

I don't disagree, but the terms of Mike Milbury's probation limit the kind of shoes he's allowed access to.

Yes, but people like Cherry are curiously selective in who they choose to criticize for "exuberance." Never heard him say boo about Tiger Williams' "riding the stick" celebration. When Cherry was gaining prominence for his outspoken defense of the junior team that got disqualified in Piestany, he never said boo about the fact that Theo Fleury helped fan the flames with his "machine gun" celebration of a goal just five minutes in.

Looks like having their AHL team mirror the Hab's winning without scoring system has worked out just fine... NOT! Have they fired any of them yet?

Chuck - I'm tired of the negativity. Do you know how hard it is to find
first line centres or 1st line wingers who can score? Teams have them
and aren't giving them away you know. Besides teams can win without #1
and #2 centres. Get with the program man. :-)

Running out of news... Not much to comment on until the expansion draft in June. Hopefully MB can keep signing a few more free agents such as Antoine Waked. As well as cheering PK on :). I guess Washington hasn`t figured out Eller yet. Watched their last game, he seemed to be all over the offensive zone, lots of energy, too bad he still can`t pass the puck. Washington needs to tell him to be more selfish with the puck, and to go for the net every chance he gets. if he loses the puck, not much will change, but might gain a scoring chance or two, instead of just chasing it around the perimeter his whole shift

Hard not to be negative when the other team I cheer for, the Blue Jays, who along with MB drink the "it is better to recycle veterans inordinate number of times, journeymen who have failed to make it on numerous teams, then to take a chance on players who haven`t yet been given a chance to fail" koolaid.

and I'm getting as sick of MB as you are. I know of no other profession
that when faced with 3 failing years in a row where you can look your
boss in the eye and say "do you know how hard it is to succeed and do
what I'm tasked with doing?" without being shown the door. He's in full
excuse mode now which is delightfully ironic given his first 3 years
were all about "No excuses". He sure can whip them out when he feels it
necessary.
