·         Handle and log callers' problems or questions by diagnosing situation, determining appropriate response, and ensuring effective call resolution. This includes providing updates to reflect current resolution status.
·         Monitor outstanding call situation and provide call originator with timely status updates regarding resolution process.
·         Provide training to callers whenever possible and report detected training needs to appropriate management
·         Record caller suggestions for system enhancement/ improvement.
·         Notify appropriate management, in accordance with established problem escalation procedures, to address call resolution issues.

·         Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance. Required Qualifications: List required education level and/or equivalent experience, and any additional required skills or certifications, consistent with leveling guidelines.
·         Fundamental understanding of PC/ laptop technologies, including a working knowledge of hardware configuration/setup and experience in using Windows 7 and up.

This is senior level developer that can work well with a team on large complex projects in the area of data warehouse. This individual should be able to break down their tasks to a manageable leve, be able to determine solutions to complex issues, and be able to effectively produce deliverables in a timely basis.

• Participates in conversions, mergers, and maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing.

• Completes special projects and performs other assigned duties.

• Creates, designs, tests, codes and modifies existing programs for production.

• Supports changes and enhancements from development through production; recommending and implementing system enhancements (e.g. system performance, screen appearance, report distribution and setup testing)

• Develops new programs to support specific customer needs and system upgrades (including new releases)

• Resolves problems with current systems

• Meets with users to determine the users' specific needs and feasibility of pending routine projects

• Proven track record of performing above skills.

• Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impacts to current system

• Works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements.

• Leads major complex projects, plans, organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business.

• Reviews and recommends vendor products, develops technical specifications and interfaces with other applications

• Provides guidance to and reviews the work of other team members.

• Investigates ways to improve existing processes and implements process improvements.
